ProfitYO is seeking a motivated and reliable entry-level Tax Assistant / Office Admin to join our team in Queens. This is a part-time position (20–30 hours/week) with long-term growth potential. We’re looking for someone serious about building a career in tax and accounting—no experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are a must.

Schedule: Part-time (20–30 hours/week)
Location: Queens, NY (in-office)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) strongly preferred
  • Some college or GED required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
  • Eager to grow with a supportive and professional team

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and assist with document collection and payments
  • Handle basic office tasks and client onboarding
  • Support bookkeeping and tax prep processes
  • Help with email and online outreach
  • Learn and grow into more advanced responsibilities over time
